Jesse Lindland

President & Owner

Jesse has worked in the construction field since 2001, when he began with his father, Greg, and learning the trade. Being born with a natural inclination towards mechanics and very tactile “hands on” in his approach to life, he was able to Master the trade.

During those early years, Jesse also used his entrepreneurial instincts to create and run several businesses, including “UnrealWare”, an IT geared company, and “Open Eye Video Productions”. He also volunteered his time for video taping local town meetings, and providing lighting, sound, and videography for a local theater group.

In 2004, at 18, Jesse decided to enter the field of construction full time and take on a new career. As a result, in 2007 joined his father, Greg Lindland, to create the Limited Partnership of Outside In Construction, that exists today as Outside In Construction, Inc. Jesse has established himself as a well-respected and professional builder, and approaches the business with enthusiasm and character unparalleled in the industry.

Today, Jesse has assumed the position as the President of Outside In Construction, Inc., and strives to grow in the building industry, taking a continued pride in providing clients with a comprehensive building experience, outstanding service, and open communication for every job.

Project Manager

Suzanne Purdy

Estimator & Material Coordinator

At an early age, Suzanne discovered she had an inclination for being mechanically inclined, helping her parents work on their cars, building a camper, sewing clothing and much more. After thoroughly enjoying (& being the only girl in) her high school drafting class, she decided to pursue a career in Architecture.

She attended the University of Texas at Arlington for two years, spending summers back in CT where she had grown up. Back in CT she worked as a drafts-person at General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, in the Nuclear Piping Division. She then moved on to working at a small marine design company working on surface ships in piping design.

Then it was on to Millstone Nuclear Power Plant in Waterford, in the Instrumentation & Controls Division in tubing layout / design. After, as the construction was winding down, she was transferred to the Electrical Department to inspect the re-seals of electrical banks through wall penetrations.

For twelve years she held the role of Engineering Technician at one of NH’s largest municipalities, designing, bidding and construction oversight of various architectural and civil improvement projects. She subsequently became an Assistant Project Manager for two construction management companies. Duties included coordinating sub-contractors, security clearances, assisting with estimating, and drawing as-built plans of newly constructed elements.

In 2013 Drew enlisted in the United States Air Force Air National Guard. Upon his return in 2014, Drew was in search of employment. He joined the Outside In Construction team that summer as a carpenters apprentice.

During his first few years he obtained his Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He later changed positions at Outside In Construction, and began performing office related tasks, this being his intro to the administrative side of the company.

While having his hands in many different divisions of the company he also continued his education at the University of New Hampshire, later obtaining his Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Justice Studies.

He now performs many administrative tasks including assisting clients with selections and allowance tracking, material site coordination, material collection, and working directly with site foremen to assure their needs are met. In his free time; Drew enjoys spending time with his daughter, exploring the outdoors, working on cars and his home.

Heather Plourde

Office Manager

After obtaining her Associate’s Degree at the Thompson School of Applied Science, Heather went on to manage a garden center for a family owned business in Rochester.

Utilizing her degree in Ornamental Horticulture, she was able to help grow the garden center, as well as the landscape maintenance side of the company. Heather later went on to work as a receptionist at a large car dealership, before accepting a position as a claims analyst with another family owned company that specializes in Medicaid billing. She spent six years organizing and processing claims for thousands of clients, as well as implementing new procedures to improve the performance of the company.

In 2014, Heather and her husband, Joshua, welcomed their first child, Colton. He was born premature, which convinced Heather to become a stay at home mom for the first year. After a year her son was thriving, and not showing any signs of being born premature, so Heather decided it was time to get back to work. And that is how she found Outside In.

As the Office Manager, Heather has many tasks, from simply answering the phones, greeting visitors, and developing forms and procedures to increase efficiency throughout the company. Her future goals include connecting Outside In Construction with our clients via blogs and social media, as well as taking on additional tasks to help management in any way she can.

In Heather’s free time, she enjoys getting outside with her family, and two chocolate labs. Whether it is hiking, swimming, playing on the farm, or even lawnmower racing, her family is always doing something outside to enjoy the beautiful NH landscape.
