Location: Wolfeboro, NH *Complete* Description: O.I.C. was contracted to renovate large portions of this historic property located in downtown Wolfeboro, N.H. When the customer purchsed the home, the kitchen and both bathroom were in desperate need of renovations. With the help of O.I.C. designers and local suppliers, the customer was able to get exactly what they were looking for. Interior finish included; Custom white "cabin" style cabinets paired with dark granite countertops and a redwood floor. Location: Alton, NH *Complete* Description: O.I.C. was contracted to renovate this customers bathroom. The layout was kept mostly the same, with minor changes; Such as replacing the narrow and deep Jucuzzi tub with a wide and spacious walk in shower. Additionally the linoleum was torn out being replaced with a heated tile floor. New window and trim were added to spruce up the space.
