Jesse Lindland

President & Owner

Jesse has worked in the construction field since 2001, when he began with his father, Greg, and learning the trade. Being born with a natural inclination towards mechanics and very tactile “hands-on” in his approach to life, he was able to master the trade. During those early years, Jesse also used his entrepreneurial instincts to create and run several businesses, including “UnrealWare”, an IT geared company, and “Open Eye Video Productions”. He also volunteered his time for videotaping local town meetings and providing lighting, sound, and videography for a local theater group.

In 2004, at 18, Jesse decided to enter the field of construction full time and take on a new career. As a result, in 2007 joined his father, Greg Lindland, to create the Limited Partnership of Outside In Construction, which exists today as Outside In Construction, Inc. Jesse has established himself as a well-respected and professional builder and approaches the business with enthusiasm and character unparalleled in the industry.

Today, Jesse has assumed the position as the President of Outside In Construction, Inc., and strives to grow in the building industry, taking a continued pride in providing clients with comprehensive building experience, outstanding service, and open communication for every job.

Jamie Mills

Project Manager

Jamie has always known he was a builder and started building large forts in his backyard at the age of 10.

He continued this passion by graduating from a vocational school with certificates in welding fabrication. After a few years in the welding field, he gravitated back towards wood construction and began framing homes in his early 20’s. Jamie was fortunate to work for a developer for more than 10 years, which had him hands-on in every part of the development phase of large-scale neighborhoods, building high-end homes.

With a couple of decades of building in the greater Boston area under his belt, Jamie moved to New Hampshire where he started his own company doing additions and remodels in Southern NH.

A decision to move further north and build a farm had Jamie join the Outside In team, where he continues to pursue his passion for building as part of the Management Team.

Paul joined the Outside In team as a Project Manager after working in the field over the last 4 years, having done various remodels to assist OIC’s crew on complete interior/exterior remodels. He enjoys creating a working relationship with the client through the process to get a complete feel for their expectations and turn them into a reality.

Previously, he worked for himself for the last 25+ years, starting with painting homes around the Lakes Region, however, that was just the start. Interested in all aspects of the industry and eager to learn the other trades. He has had his hand in just about every aspect of the construction industry over the years from concrete construction, drywall, roofing, siding, assisting in building homes, stonework, tiling,
custom fireplace enclosures, built-ins, and more. In 2000, he started his remodeling business and built up a sizable client list, and grew his reputation.

As a young man, he was up first thing in the morning with his father who had a successful plumbing/ HVAC business. Paul was not just along for the ride, he played a role as his father’s helper, running back and forth to the van getting nozzles and fittings, motors, and controls. At the time, he thought he was just a gopher…. He realized this was a valuable learning experience in the industry, and this led to the start of a lifelong career in the trades.

When Paul isn’t providing clients with his expertise, he enjoys time with his dogs, and family, taking long adventurous rides with his friends with no destination planned on his motorcycle.

Jonathan Purington

Project Manager

Jonathan has worked in the construction field since 1993 when he started digging undergrounds with Purington Plumbing and Heating. Learning the plumbing trade with his father, a master plumber, he expanded into other fields over the next decade. Framing, roofing, plumbing, heating, and electrical. In 2003 He went into business with Richard Hollins Painting and Contracting where he became a business

Spending 2 years working from coast to coast learning new building methods from across the country, he brought back his experience to New England in 2010 and went back to help his father close out his company, due to health reasons. In 2013 Awl Special Projects out of Kingston NH hired Jonathan as an estimator and that began the culmination of his years of experience in the field.

After AWL was bought out, Jonathan began his Project Managing career in 2014, when he was hired by Titan Services LTD. While their base offices were in Seabrook NH, and Charlestown MA Jonathan spent most of his days in the Greater Boston area. Aimee joined the Outside In team after working in interior design and construction for 13 years. She studied design at NH Institute of Art and began working as an independent designer thereafter. Over the years, Aimee gained valuable experience in design, retail, and remodeling to sharpen her CAD skills, construction knowledge, and decorating prowess.

After obtaining her Associate’s Degree at the Thompson School of Applied Science, Heather went on to manage a garden center for a family-owned business in Rochester.

Utilizing her degree in Ornamental Horticulture, she was able to help grow the garden center, as well as the landscape maintenance side of the company. Heather later went on to work as a receptionist at a large car dealership, before accepting a position as a claims analyst with another family-owned company that specializes in Medicaid billing. She spent six years organizing and processing claims for thousands of clients, as well as implementing new procedures to improve the performance of the company.

In 2014, Heather and her husband, Joshua, welcomed their first child, Colton. He was born premature, which convinced Heather to become a stay at home mom for the first year. After a year her son was thriving, and not showing any signs of being born premature, so Heather decided it was time to get back to work. And that is how she found Outside In.

As the Office Manager, Heather has many tasks, from simply answering the phones, greeting visitors, and developing forms and procedures to increase efficiency throughout the company. Her future goals include connecting Outside In Construction with our clients via blogs and social media, as well as taking on additional tasks to help management in any way she can.

In Heather’s free time, she enjoys getting outside with her family and two chocolate labs. Whether it is hiking, swimming, playing on the farm, or even lawnmower racing, her family is always doing something outside to enjoy the beautiful NH landscape.
